its been great the last couple years. i made a career switch into sales engineering. It was the best career decision I could of made. I now have a lot of opportunity to influence and support others

I am an SME in construction management and the AEC industry. Would like to be compensated for it.

learning about what our customers do. Alot of variety in conversations. The support and the tunnel club raffle benefit

transparency, humility, willing to help out, willing to learn. Very collaborative culture for being remote. A lot of respect for boundaries and peoples time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
going from public to private has some obvious and unavoidable compensation challenges. would like to be made whole or be rewarded for staying longer
