Smart, collaborative, and very kind. We all work well together, learn well together, and have each other's backs.

The combination of salary and flexible PTO. I feel valued for the work I do. And, I'm able to take time to recharge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ERGs are very supportive. It's a great way to get to know colleagues in a remote environment. My direct manager, and her manager are amazing and supportive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the work itself. It's interesting and challenging. The people I work with - my direct team and the people on other teams I work closely with - make every day enjoyable. And when things are hard, working together with great people makes a HUGE difference.
