My company has been pulling back benefits like snacks in the office. We've also been acquired recently so RSUs have recently been taken away from half of the staff and now we are moving in a direction where they will be removed from everyone else. Things are going downhill unfortunately,

They seems to be communicative and keep the company moving forward.

they are solid contributors and most of them are quite professional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hopefully our new owners come up with a decent equity plan. I have also had my salary band cut so I get told that I'm at the max and won't get a proper raise.
