Smartsheet has been amazing. The people here let you be yourself. Individuals are allowed (even encouraged) to be their authentic self. Even if that's different than the norm. Even on the most difficult days, my direct team and my stakeholders are supportive and hard working.

Stock options and ESPP but both of those a gone now. I guess it would be the annual bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Life comes first. People do not pretend they are a corporate robot and understand that things are happening (and are important) outside of work.
