So far I like working here but everything has been very unstable. 2 months into the role and my position gets closed. I am moving into a new role and applying for a different one at the same time. It's been hard to find stability

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are several roles with the same scope but different names and different compensation. Compared to market, the salary is not very competitive.
