Everyone here is very smart, innovative, passionate about doing a good job. They are constrained by a meeting-heavy, everyone-has-to-touch-a-project culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company culture is very serious and not conducive to fostering and building interpersonal relationships, which is important to get workers to stay. C-suite sets that tone.
