What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People put others (customers and other Smartsheet employees) above corporate aspirations. If it means making things difficult for employees/customers, Smartsheet will not compromise.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSU payouts really help bridge any gap and keep my salary competitive. I hope there is a respectable replacement as these can't be provided anymore now that we're private.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is highly engaged and always looking for ways to improve our functioning. Ideas are encouraged and discussed and each of us is given ownership to truly make an impact.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having my opinion matter, having engaging work that is challenging but rewarding and knowing that I'm supported in trying new approaches and being okay to fail as long as we can learn and grow.
