Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt the line for Bonus cuts at Company level was low. Compensation for when the stocks were changed due to the change from public company to private was low. The switch of Business strat & subscription model took a big hit on all departments and all employees yet no additional $$ comp. was given
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to feel smart, that my job and what I do & what I bring to the table is relevant. When I am able to work on finding patterns, gaps & challenges on the human behavior aspect of the operational job that can help us better shape & refine people skills than can modify the way we work as a Tea
