What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Compensation. Pay and overall benefits. Increasing Health Insurance Premiums by $100/month and then bragging about being a positive place for mental health is incredibly tone-deaf. Healthcare insurance companies are already lacking in care for their customers. Passing the costs to employees is cruel

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees at Smartsheet are not paid equitably or fairly, particularly those who were previously part of acquisitions. They are also typically underpaid for the industry, which is why so many people are leaving. Comparing salaries with my team has been demoralizing and eye opening.
