It's good overall, but the USM transition was a mess and they need to figure out better comp now that we are private and don't get stock grants

My team has a great collaborative nature and everyone wants each other to succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation for my title would be much much higher at other companies. Stock benefits no longer exist once old grants are gone and that makes it worse
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within my team it's a positive culture as long as things are going well. when things are not going well (arr for the month or quarter is low), then it turns to doom and gloom quickly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better planning before rolling out new initiatives, USM was executed very poorly causing customer dissatisfaction that the front lines have to deal with. even if it was executed properly, 15% price increases on large long term customers is mostly unheard of
