Started great but has gotten progressively worse since the acquisition / USM. Institutional knowledge has been depleted.

Comp is below market average. No quota adjustment for true up pause - shocking.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
GTM strategy constantly changes and feels the worst it has felt in the last 3+ years. USM has been awful. CEO seems tuned out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Considering it's almost entirely brand new I'm not sure how to answer this question. Mark needs to be more involved. He has been rarely seen since the acquisition.
