Started great - Brandfolder was an awesome place to be. Really inspiring and made me want to work hard - and I did. Now, it's a joke. Zero development in the last 2 years, our rivals whom we were beating handedly have passed us, and now we have to fight for $7k deals when $18k was our ASP...

Being paid for the work I do would be inspiring.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid on the deals I sell. In my experience, I do not believe the management team actually cares if the correct person is paid for a deal that is closed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading. I have lost literally 10s of thousands of dollars from my closed won opportunities being 'reassigned' to some other rep. I need my leadership team to get me the money I earned - and that isn't happening. Put it like this: you do your job perfectly, but someone else gets to cash your check.
