It just feels very chaotic and volatile at the moment with the acquisition, layoffs and restructuring, and USM causing angst for our customers.

Stop playing politics and realize we're all part of the same team, working towards the same goals for our customers.

Set the 3/4 things the entire company needs to focus on, so we are all working towards the same goals and can cut across organizational siloes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increases in base pay with promotions is too low. Without stock compensation, a substantial portion of my total compensation is gone. There's been no update about what is going to replace RSU's from the leadership team since the acquisition, which is very disappointing.
