Coworkers are great--nothing to get excited about when it comes to pending interactions--company culture has washed out all the fun and excitement

Our culture has devolved to one of 'Naked Emperor Syndrome', pervasive mediocrity, an echo chamber of self-congratulatory smugness, tone deafness to customer experience (USM, anyone?)--working here is lukewarm stew with nothing recent as a source of pride
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp is below market, we've lost the variable of RSU's, we've little opportunity to either make the company a better place and/or get paid when we do--it has become a 'do your job, collect your pay' culture
