The team is real with us...they talk about real issues and admit when they make a mistake. And then they adjust and do better. It's the most we can ask of ourselves and they hold themselves to the same bar.

The team is constantly willing to find ways to improve. No one says "Oh, this is the way we've always done it". If there is a better way, we research it, put together a plan and it is frequently approved!
What makes you most happy at work?
