They're smart, focused but very welcoming, warm and eager to work together to do interesting, creative and valuable things for each other, our teams, our org and, of course, our clients. I have zero complaints, my colleagues are incredible.
What makes you most happy at work?
The excitement of helping my customers solve problems they thought were insurmountable and being able to provide a clear, user friendly yet powerful way to not only solve their current problems, but drive incredible innovation in areas they never imagined.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A sense of "give it a try, if you fail we'll learn and be better for it," there's a true team vibe (not just talk) that makes you comfortable trying new things and being supported as much whether they succeed or fail. I love this collaborative, creative and nimble spirit!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The authenticity, radical transparency and respect they have for one another, their employees and our clients. It's really refreshing and I find myself inspired each time I hear from anyone on the leadership team, whether its a formal talk or a quick @Workplace video post to a quick 1:1 hangout call
