The team my manager has built is intelligent, dynamic, creative, and supportive. We're able to move fast to complete tasks and projects while being given the freedom to brainstorm ideas that can benefit the company.

Honestly, the opportunity to add value to our content offering and marketing initiatives that will impact customers. I also revel in being challenged by my team and manager to develop interesting content and article ideas.

I love connecting with customers when working on content projects, especially the guest author blog post series I helped develop. I also love partnering with the UX team on projects that impact the in-app experience that require a brand marketing perspective.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Where to start! I think the addition of RSUs for equity compensation is outstanding. Being granted RSUs as part of my annual bonus, which also includes stock options, great medical and dental benefits, life insurance, and a standard 401K, makes me want to stick around long term.
