Pay gap as well as bonus gap between QA and Dev isn't fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very well together. Even under stressful time we look at how to do things better together, and never focus on who is at fault for missed issues, or missed deadlines.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their high integrity, compassion and values. There are many leader that are good at running the business side, however there are way fewer ones that does it with integrity. Our leadership does both really well.
