What I appreciate is the focus on raising the bar and doing what's best to grow Smartsheet sustainably. There's a common focus on how do we grow to the next ($1B) level as a company - how do we put the right people into place, streamline process, empower people, and make the best decisions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are no roadblocks and a lot of openness to . I never hear "we've always done things this way" or "That's not our way". What I see is an openness to improving, going faster, doing more. We are ready to examin eour premises and way of doing things to meet the growth goals we have. Raise the bar.
