my team is amazing and I have some amazing customers. My manager is fabulous and gives me flexibility when I have to tend to my families/children's needs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary is low given the experience I bring to the table. annual raises and bonus opportunity would be a great way to make-up for the low salary
What do you like best about the leadership team?
C-level and executive team is very passionate and truly cares about the success of their employees. Their vested interest and love of the platform is contagious. It would be great to have more excitement and consistencies from middle management
