Working with our amazing customers who get excited when they solve tough work challenges with our platform and see an impact. It gets you excited about what you are doing.

When someone asks if you need help, they mean it. They want to work together and make sure everyone succeeds. It is very collaborative. Not an "I" team. Very supportive!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of a product that can help so many different types of companies - from planning one of the world's biggest marathons to saving endangered wildlife and curing cancer. Smartsheet empowers those people to do more!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from good medical/dental/parental leave paid, we have Passport Book access (discounted offers from vendors), Mental health support. Audible book access, mental health support, Zoom clinic access if we are sick and want to get into a clinic fast. Gets better each year.

They are strong, authentic, and ethical in their leadership. I completely respect them and am excited to work with them to create impact for our customers, our team and the company. I have never worked for such a kind, smart and driven group of executives.

The leadership team really shows our values of authenticity. They care about their employees and are transparent about the course of the company and future. They are easy to talk to and are open about receiving communication with them (phone, email, chat). My favorite leadership team to work with!

Really it goes back to the people. The People team works hard to bring in driven folks that want to be a part of something where they can make an impact. So it makes each interaction fun. Also, they have been amazing at the Covid work from home transition. Good communications, support, etc.
