They are good people, they are willing to share strategies to help each other, we offer a safe space to share ideas.

The opportunity to find my clients solutions to their problems and also knowing I'm equipped to help them as their business advisor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a motivational speaker series that I always look forward to, I like our facebook workplace posts and executive team connects. My colleagues are all super enjoyable as well. It's a great environment all around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is transparent, growth-oriented, and forward-thinking. They challenge us to be better and are inspirational and positive with their goals rather than leading by fear (which I've seen in other fast-growing public sales orgs). This is a hard balance to strike, and a moving target.
