Very collaborative and supportive. It makes going to work fun. I know that my team always has my back and I believe they feel the same about me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am compensated for my experience and expertise. In fact, I now make more money than ever...ever. Somewhat surprised at my bonus--more than I've ever received. And I'm receiving actual shares of stock vs options. I expected a little more...ever so slightly disappointed.
