
The approachability of people, and the open ended process to share ideas
People are approachable, and almost always have an idea on how we're doing things
They seem to all be successful, and have the credentials for me to believe in what they ask of us. Think about being coached by someone who played at a high level as opposed to someone who never played, or never played beyond middle school.
My position is seems to be increasingly more important for the sales team and the types of engagements the org cares about, i'm part of the sales team. Yet I hear about our VP needing to "go to bat" for us to retain a certain level of compensation. Those two ideas don't logically make sense.
