Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

From day one, it's been consistently good. People willing to share knowledge, opportunities to develop, a responsible corporate exec team (involved in community and diversity). I've received great career development coaching and plenty of opportunities to demonstrate and strengthen skills.

Good base compensation, annual bonus, stock

Good communication, several opportunities to meet regularly or as needed

We've are fairly+ compensated in our salary, there's additional RSU benefits, ESPP and great benefits

What are some of the best things about your team?

We've got a great variety of talent and personality. They genuinely are willing to help or pull together as needed. Supportive of any personal hurdles.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We've got a 'we are in this together and we can do this' from top down. We've also got a very cultural/community focus as a corporate citizen.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a healthy amount of fun but not at the expense of completing the work that needs to be done. We're good at offering assistance and knowledge sharing.

What makes you most happy at work?

To accomplish a piece of code/work effort that makes a different especially if it was a little challenging.. +1 if I learned something new as a part of it!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

From top down. the goals that are important to exec level are filtered down to front line employees to help us understand how what we do contributes to the overall company goals.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We are compensated with a good base, healthy bonus, RSU's which allows us to either retain or liquidate which gives us a nice "income". I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the 401k match.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

We've got consistent, clear communications from our leadership from top down. We hear from our ceo internally via video often (great). Our immediate leadership (mgr/dir) stay in contact and encourage all-day meetings for people to stay connected.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our CTO is accessible and expressed an expectation that we should feel comfortable in engaging experts when reasonable and necessary. He conducts a bi-weekly meeting and leaves time for open Q&A and/or engages personally with the front line team.
