I think the total compensation package is very fair, strong benefits, salary and very strong equity as well.

We are collaborative and supportive. I have my own responsibilities/goals, but my team is available to help when needed and bounce ideas off of each other.

Being challenged to continue to improve and grow as an individual. I enjoy seeing my hard work play into the success that we have as a company.

That they consistently communicate with us as employees, keeping us in the loop on changes, goals, strategies, etc. It's nice to work for a company that keeps you informed and engaged!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is authentic, supportive and collaborative. We truly work as a team and celebrate our successes as a "We" vs. "Me". I feel lucky to be on such a great team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The trust I'm given and the freedom I'm given to do my job. My manager is supportive and available if anything is needed, but I'm treated like an adult and not micro-managed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is genuinely supportive. If I have a conflict and need coverage, if I run into a difficult situation and need guidance, I always have multiple teammates step up to offer help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have really strong benefits that are consistently evaluated, improved on and added to. I feel lucky to be part of a company that puts an emphasis on their employees professional development and equally puts an emphasis on their employees personal/mental/physical health.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and honest. I know what we are doing well, where we are going as a company, where we are looking to improve, and most importantly, HOW we are going to get there. I have a clear understanding of our overall goals and direction and appreciate the communication.
