Working at Smartsheet has been a great experience. From my team's leadership to the customers I work with on a regular basis. There are definitely opportunities to enhance benefits (401K matching) but overall that does not deter me from loving the work that I do and the company that I work for!

While the focus is to grow and expand the customers, the leadership team cares about their people on their team. We're all busy, but they take the time needed to review and make sure all is well.

The leadership team seems very approachable and driven to do what's best for the company. While we are growing so rapidly, I feel like I could stop and talk with Jenny or Mark about a concern if I really needed to.
