It has an annual bonus with clear goals defined to obtain the bonus, and yearly raises are expected
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really don't know "the" leadership team nor do I really interact with them. I am completely disconnected form the impact they have on my day-to-day
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People mostly seem to genuinely be willing to help and interested in facing the challenges by learning how to solve problems rather than ignoring or complaining about them
