That we are a team. We help each other and have fun doing it. No ego's in this area. Everyone is open to constructive feedback and also willing to give it. It's clear, we help each other to be the best we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people, in some way we are all the same. Yet, different. We are group of A players who expect nothing but the best from ourselves and each other. There is no such thing of not giving 100% every single day. The culture, in a good way, does not allow it.
