It continues to get better every day. It was already good but it's always improving.

The comradery, level of support and ongoing fun interactions are what make it wonderful to work at Smartsheet
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their earnest effort to be forthcoming and transparent about both positive and negative information. Accountability is also widely expected from the top down and Smartsheet handles this well. I have confidence in their long term strategy for our company and support the initiatives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued in my role. However OTE may not change if you are selected or elect to move to a larger sales territory. If the quota commitment increases it should also be reflected in the base salary. I would prefer to have a discussion about this prior to making a change in book to understand why
