We hired great employees in the past and have managed to mostly maintain a great working environment within our teams when there are no execs involved.
Incompetent execs have been hired that are turning the culture into something similar to Amazon, which is widely disliked by its employees. I'm not sure it can be improved at this stage... is it really feasible to fire all the new execs and bring back all the people who Smartsheet great?
Making Smartsheet a great place to work for employees. It was the best in Washington at one point. It's now far, far from that. And new execs will say things like "I don't want to hear about the good old days of Smartsheet" instead of "tell me how we can make it a great place to work again".
