It's easy to build relationships with coworkers. Within the first few months, I felt like I knew a lot of people, and they had my back.

We are empowered to make changes at the micro level, and at the macro level, it's easy to provide suggestions. People who are thoughtful and present evidence/data can drive change at this company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and frequent communication help the team understand and stay aligned. When things get tough, like COVID, the authenticity and humility and support was differentiated from what I experienced with leadership teams at former companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smartsheet hires friendly people. Teams want to collaborate together, and strive to work together. I've never worked at a company where senior leaders are approachable and where you can reach into another department without bureaucracy and competitivenesss.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a culture of inclusion and autonomy. My managers give me the autonomy to make decisions and support me when those decisions don't pan out as expected. I feel confident moving forward and have clear guidance on what's expected of me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is generally very open to collaboration and partnership. If I need help, I trust that they will support me if I reach out and ask for help. If there is a project I want to get involved in, I trust they will be open to feedback and collaboration.
