Free Snacks :) Jokes aside, I like the fact that our leadership want us to grow within the company, and they push us to achieve more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is growing, I like how everything is metrics oriented. For example: our leadership can track how am I doing overall based on the metrics that we have built in on our process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like to voice my opinions through various forms built to intake those opinions on my team. For example: I have help improved our number of help articles through our customer's feedback in many cases, and the change has happened. I really appreciate that.
