My teammates and my manager. They make work fun even when working on things that aren't fun.

Chatting and connecting with my teammates. Collaborating, laughing, and having the space to be allowed to do these things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly, willing to help, and says Hi in the hallways. It makes work feel less like work. Also - bagel fridays are fantastic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are willing to engage with the employees of the organization and I have found that they're always open to new things that can help our employees succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With moving to work from home through Covid, people have relaxed and we can be comfortable in our own homes. Roles have been reclassified so that a majority of us don't have to work in the office on a day-to-day basis. Huge relief.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay current employees at what we'd bring in external talent for. I know this is tricky but we're in a place of rapid growth and also losing good talent due to pay. I don't want to leave Smartsheet but I could leave for a very large pay increase.
