Overall, Smartsheet has been a positive experience. There are some detractions and some "bad" people. But in general, I'm happy to be here. My biggest concern is my future with Smartsheet. Unable to get vaccinated against Covid-19, I'm concerned about how I will be judged and continuously ostracized

Executive team seems to have the right vision, but execution on this vision is lacking.

Nothing specific. It's a standard package in my mind. If forced to answer, I would probably say 100% covered healthcare.

My team is a collection of some the brightest, hard working people I've ever had the opportunity to work with.

You can make it what you want it to be. Micro management is not normal. You are empowered to do they work how you think it should be best done (within reasonable limitations of course).
