What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Constantly impressed by each of my co-worker's characters. Incredibly supportive, encouraging and driven. I've never experienced anything like it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could make $10-$25k more if I left SMAR for a similar role or if I were to be rehired at SMAR.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are the best. Everyone is excited to be here and passionate about what they get to do everyday and the product they work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I went to another similar company doing the same role, I would be able to get a much higher base salary. But overall, I'm paid well - I just know I could get more being a new employee at another company. Even knowing that, I still do not want to leave Smartsheet.
