My team is always looking out for the group's best interest. They have a very sociable aspect as well as a hardworking aspect which is a great balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though I have worked extremely hard at Smartsheet in my almost 3 years here and have worked endless hours so I feel that my compensation should be higher, however, I realize we also have equity compensation.
