They seem to be reactive to feedback, but it would be better if they were proactive.

My team is made up of great people personally and professionally and is diverse in life experiences.

Being able to deliver a good experience for our customers and having the autonomy to decide how to deliver that experience

We are open, direct, and supportive of one another. We are open to questioning anything and everything, and we are good at what we do.

We are treated like competent adults here. My team and manager do not second guess me, undermine me, or micromanage me - they trust that I am doing what I am supposed to be doing and will ask questions if I do not know what to do.
