My department includes a lot of smart, motivated, and fun individuals. We all support each other and there is always a sense of valuing the opinions and contributions of everyone else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is extraordinarily friendly and interested in connecting with you. The focus on diversity has been refreshing. The clear focus on sponsoring fun events and making work enjoyable for employees is amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While they can't connect with every single employee, they definitely make it clear that they care about every one of us. There's open communication, positive actions taken to ensure a quality culture, and plenty of team-focused motivation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Almost everyone is friendly, supportive, and not arrogant. People willingly make time and share what they know to help. I love how Smartsheet also actively encourages recognizing the good work of others and has embarked on a genuine goal of increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion at the company.
