I like the people at the company a tremendous amount. I like the work, but I wish we were allowed to deliver quality work rather than feature after feature after feature (usually "faster horse" than innovation). I would love the single-threaded leader on my team to be my manager or director.

Having the flexibility to do my best work; feeling like the "buck stops with me" so that I can truly own the work. Being able to strategize and act on that strategy, knowing I have the support of my manager.
