I was thrown into a position where I had to learn multiple systems/processes in less than a few days. I have many many many responsibilities both internally and for customers. I love the fast paced environment because it forces me to improve in different skillsets on the fly

Open about everything. Caring about individual employee's wants/needs (both professionally and personally). Regular people, extremely talented, outgoing and personable

When we have tight timelines to get massive amounts of work done, keeps the energy level high. Also free cold brew and peanut butter pretzels
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- free parking under office - too much work for one person to do, end up overworking myself on a daily basis, still love the grind of the job though
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is constantly expanding and shifting, which forces you to stay on your toes and have to adapt at a moments notice. Makes work more enjoyable because every day is exciting
