Extremely supportive, willing to take a break from what they're doing to answer questions and make sure I have a thorough understanding of the answer.

They are very clear with their values and the direction that they want to take the company. Extremely transparent, honest and I feel genuine care/support from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The camaraderie of the team, namely the understanding that while we are "assigned" tasks as individuals, they really are team tasks that are important and relevant to everyone.

I think the stock is huge, keeps me working hard and towards a common goal. It's especially valuable to me since I see so much potential in this company.
