What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to share best practices if asked but would love to hear more from the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission Structure. Base pay is ok but I would love to see progression in where base can grow from it meeting targets
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Willingness to hear outside perspective. I worked with Ana Griffin shortly after my start here after hearing a introduction speach during hiring. As well have worked closely with Kelly Welch on some new process changes and he was willing to hear my feedback and give me the support I needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
1. Ability to make the job my own and manage my own business. Meaning I am able to be creative in different ways to work my book business but also leverage past experiences so I dont need to "reinvent the wheel" everyday. 2. Able to make a true impact on organizations.
