Love the company/leadership, my team & what I'm trying to accomplish. Hate the stress my mgr brings me, something I've never had in 25+ years of work. My financial situation allows me to walk away & today I see me Dr about some things that are likely stress related.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lead by example and are working to make our company something special. Customers matter to them as well.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better work-life balance. I believe my doctor will suggest I take a leave of absence or find new work if my stress levels continue as they are. My family already wants me to leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 12+ hours a day and while I'm extremely productive, I don't believe I'll receive a bonus for my work per my manager's comments that I'm behind schedule. What schedule that is, I cannot say because it changes and remains vague.
