Compared to the market, we are under paid for the role we play and the job we are asked to take on

My team is like a family, some days I wouldn't be here w/o the amazing team I get to work with on a daily basis to support me!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We launched a new model w/o any testing as things started to 'break' or go wrong we continued to move forward as if nothing was wrong...we have lost customer confidence and I am deeply disappointed in our leadership for choosing $$ over doing what is right by our customer.
