My experience has been positive. The people I get to work with are high caliber and a joy to work with. We have a great product that is a pleasure to represent, but we have some technical debt and immature process to overcome. The constructive culture makes these challenges exciting.

Most everyone is driven and high caliber. The skill of our teammates is great to learn and iterate from.

The ability to support my family, represent a solid company, and help our customers improve their work and personal lives.

They do a great job articulating our vision and find ways to articulate what this means for each team / role
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are fast paced and immature with some of our processes. There is a good appetite for autonomy and creativity to fill some of these gaps.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Historically, my team is not compensated as well as some of our internal counterparts, and I get plenty of offers for more money on a weekly basis from Linkedin.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have taken on the responsibility of a new and higher role but am being paid at my prior role level. I am being being paid and promoted based on my experience and not based on my contributions which far exceed my experience.
