This is a great company to work for. The Executive Leadership is steady, the work is challenging, my colleagues are pleasant to be around, and the compensation is generous.

I'm deeply loyal to my team, my colleagues, and Smartsheet's mission. I work with fantastic people and very much want us, and Smartsheet, to succeed. Leaders are doing the best they can to make wise decisions. This is just a very difficult time for the company; it'll pass.

This company has a very collegial atmosphere. I enjoy all of my colleagues.

The transparency and inclusion. I feel like I have a stake in what's going on.

I love being able to make a positive impact on the day-to-day working life for our customers.

They are dedicated, hardworking, outstanding colleagues to each other, and always focused on giving their best to our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a generous compensation package that includes bonuses and various additional add-ons that make things easier (like commuting or home office subsidies).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the composite leadership team consistently try to make decisions that balance the needs of the company with our stated company values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not sure. Post-acquisition, my compensation package has been degraded with the removal of RSUs and my team's variable comp has been made harder to attain. I guess I like best that salaries and benefits haven't reduced?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate and look forward to seeing and talking to my colleagues each day. We have an extremely supportive culture and we're all aligned to a common mission. It feels great and is a privilege to lead such a high performing team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There have been several internal changes in FY26 that take perks and benefits away, make work more difficult, and reduce the workforce. Taken altogether, my teams are unhappy and each day I'm focused on minimizing the damage instead of focusing on performance.
