Leadership's concern for the well-being of their employees. This was particularly evident this year by the way they navigated the COVID-19 crisis and the social unrest resulting from George Floyd's murder.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership, from C-suite down to managers, care about their employees and make a point of checking in now more than ever, to make sure everyone is ok. A great example is the paid mental health day granted to everyone in the wake of the civil unrest.
