Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not allowed to negotiate for fair pay. The engineers seem to be allowed this benefit and privilege the most and it is truly unfair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a product that people need to use and we don't do dirty data mining or trap tricks other big tech companies use. Our customers are not always big name brands. They are humble down to earth customers. Thats what makes it great. Them.
