Even though we are W2 employees there is no company benefits that come standard with the position.

I feel under paid because competitors pay much better, I would feel better with Better pay & a bonus that is determined by my own performance quarterly. Everything else about my job is fantastic! Best place I have ever worked!

They did an initial screening where they focused on relaying the Company's & CEO's mission prior to a second round follow-up interview which focused more on the synergy between the interviewee & the team.
